Last booking Tuesday 22nd December as Moonbeam🌙 has to get back to Lapland to help Father Christmas.
The visit includes:
• Quality pre delivery of a 'you have been chosen' letter to your 'Glimmerkin' (human child)
• Communication to the main parent/guardian via email prior to the visit with secret details for the 'grown-ups' (adult human folk) eyes only.
• A high quality, attention to detail, unforgettable immersive professional visit to your child/children & adults. Do not muddle this with a usual grotto style costumed elf.
• Questions so thoroughly answered you will believe again!
• An activity to be confirmed on booking.
• A secret gift from Moonbeam🌙 given to the parent or guardian to be kept for Christmas morning. Do not tell your child/children about this!!
To do before your visit
• Please encourage your children to write out questions to ask Moonbeam🌙, this helps the point of the visit flow with magic. At least 5 questions work well.
Reply to the questions in the email sent to you at least 24hrs prior to your visit.

Ive been head Elf at an award winning theme park in North Wales & Ive run my own performing arts school as well as having danced & performed myself since a child.
• I have experience with SEND, & ASC children & end of life visits. Please let me know prior of any particular things that would help my visit & their experience.
• Please ensure a safe, clean environment for Moonbeam🌙 to visit.
• Keep pets secured away in a seperate space throughout the entire visit. Even pets that are usually calm can react unexpectedly to an Elf entering their home!
• Moonbeam🌙 has full rights to not enter your home if these t&c's aren't met & to leave if she doesnt feel supported, safe or welcomed into a good environment. Abuse or difficult attitudes will not be tolerated. Please only book if you know your children are comfy & receptive to this style of visit & the adults or older children are willing to uphold the magic. Under breech of these circumstances a refund is not offered. By booking you are acknowledging & agreeing to this.
• For home visits we ask you to be honest as to your family members when it comes to booking & payment. A quality visit is best when numbers are kept to a maximum of 7-9 people, this allows for grandparents, parents & children.
• All children must be named & listed at time of booking. Add-ons will be charged @£10 each after booking for both adults or children & please note the children won't receive a gift if they are not on my list.
• On arrival If there are more people than on the booking then payment will need to be taken for them before the visit will start. Non negotiable!
• Refunds can be given up to 14days before your visit minus 10% admin fee.
Less than 14 days but more than 24hrs to your visit 50% is refunded.
Less than 24hrs notice no refund is given as there wont be time to fill that slot. Thank you for your understanding towards a self employed artist.
